Proposed Amendment To The
United States Constitution:

Equality of rights under the law
shall not be denied or abridged
by the United States or by any
state on account of gender,
sexual orientation or
gender identity.

And the Congress of the
United States shall have
the power to enforce this
amendment by
appropriate legislation.
